In my profile there is a link to a site that looks like it's done in flash, but is actually 100% dhtml.

NB: I am in no way linked or affiliated to this site. I just thought it was some impressive dhtml work

Not hugely practical, but I thought it was a nice example of what you can do with dhtml.
