I.E. 6 and frames?

just curious about why I.E. 6.0 does not like the top "frame" that many affiliate sites (example "ebates.com") pop up on top of a partner's website when a user clicks over to the site.

When I use ebates with I.E 6, the frame will not appear, but it does appear with netscape 6.0. Anyone know the 411 and what kind of coding needs to be done to make it work?

(We are thinking about trying something similar to manage a partnership relationship and I want to make sure we understand what's going on.

Tx.

I would asume it should be working. They use this sort of top frame in Hotmail when you click a URL in an email. It has always worked with my IE 6.0. I can check when I get home to see if I get any kind of errors from it. Did it happen to you more than once?

Yeah! They even pop a message saying they detected I was using I.E. six, and as such I would not see the frame but I would still get credit for my order.

That would have to be something in there coding that is causing that. I am not away of anything that has changed from IE 5 to IE 6 that would make it stop working. Ill look when I get home tonight see if I cant see any reason for it.
