Make pages print friendly?

I just got a new contract and the firm whants there site to be print friendly how do I do that. Maybe pdf. but I dont know that program that well or is it realy the hard way to change all sites pixels.

I have PDF documents if the content warrants it. I also just copy the text to a blank page and resize the font. Then put a link to the document that states "click here for a printer friendly version" which opens a new window and allows them to print. On the printer friendly page I put the following meta so as not to duplicate content.

There is a nifty program available at www.fineprint.com which adds a PDF maker to your Printer folder. When you print, simply select PDF instead of your printer, and whoosh, it's a PDF file.
