Is it still true?
I had a reading at this forum
[webmasterworld.com...]
but I still have some doubts.
In our office we are going to use Lotus notes to manage the emails.
The reseller showed us how easy is building web pages with Lotus.
What is your experience with Lotus?
We are using Macromedia that we repute excellent.
I don't like the platform, mainly because I could never get close to the server to make changes. I had a hard time getting search engines to work, and a page counter was painful to configure (www.rhizomatics.co.uk if your looking). The main problem I had was our lotus notes and server support was outsourced, which meant very slow turn around on job requests.
I'm moving us over to an NT 4 box running apache, ColdFusion, and MSSQL. If you're already using Macromedia products and enjoy working with them, I suggest you go with CF5 as your application server, rather than LN.
