Slow page loading: web host or design issue?

Hello,

I have been having trouble with my site's loading speed for a while now and I can't determine what is the cause. The site is hosted on a reasonably fast server (the other sites that I know are being hosted on the same server are loading fast). The site is done in FrontPage. When someone clicks on the site, upper graphics bar with the site's logo loads instantly and then there is often a very long lag before the content loads. This makes many visitors frustrated and they don't stick around.

There are lots of things that can slow down loading, so it's very hard to tell you what your problem is. Sticky mail me with the URL and I'll take a look.
