Frame Question: How do I link to

a none frame page from a frame page?

My index page is a none frame page. But by forum pages are frames. I need to make a link back to my index page.

I tried but the link <A HREF="index.html" >Back To Home Page</A>
puts the index page in the frame.

I need to go from the frame to the index page with out making a new browser window???
