Put custom image in address bar

How'd they do that?

Hey folks,

I recently visited www.encyclopedia.com and in place of the IE "E" in the address bar was encyclopedia.com's logo. Same with when I saved it to "favorites." I read both the source code and style sheet looking for a clue, by cannot figure out how they did that. Anyone know? It's the first time I've seen that done. FYI, I haven't checked to see if it worked with NN or Opera.
