Rename one of my files 1stkeyword_2ndkeyword.php?

Hey guys, My sites been up for just over a month 1/2 now and is in google. Although the first time around I am position 45 for my my keywords. Although while the fresh tags have been around i've made the second page but no further.

Currently I have a page rank but its not showing any backward links. I am assuming this will be sorted this update. Having looked at the 1st page for my keywords I have noticed they all have at least one keyword of my 2 keyword phrase I am targeting in the URL or file name which, I haven't.

I have decided to rename one of my files 1stkeyword_2ndkeyword.php will this have the same effect as creating a directory with the keywords? or would it be even benefital to have both?

It will match people searching for 1stkeyword_2ndkeyword, but I suspect what you're probably wanting is 1stkeyword-2ndkeyword which will match searches for 1stkeyword 2ndkeyword.

Personally, I don't think that URLs make much difference though.
