The Google Cache shows why it's important

I ran a Google search and couldn't find the search terms on the page. So I figured I would look at the Google cache. The terms weren't there either. But I saw this peculiar message:

These terms only appear in links pointing to this page: the terms

Is this new?

This says a whole bunch about the importance of link text. In this particular example, the search result was #1 even though it did not contain the search term on the page!
