Hi-Low Bandwidth Doorway Page

Will Google deem this to be duplicate content?

Client wants bandwidth options on a doorway page. One link shows products only, fast & simple. The other shows same products but has content about the area, local links, things to do etc. No stuffing or anything sneaky.

The catch is the low bandwidth click goes to one domain, & hi bandwidth click goes to another domain, albeit on the same IP(VPS). Anyone had a problem with this & Google's dup content policies?

won't think that this is a prob for google at all. but why are you using two domains for this?
