Something strange with toolbar

I was looking at one of my sites and noticed that the tool bar showed as greyed out (though not pr 0) I refreshed the page several times and everytime it showed as greyed out. However, I did a search for the site and clicked in and the toolbar showed the normal pr ranking.
Does anyone know what is going on? Is it something wrong with the toolbar? Or my site? Does this means a potential upcoming penalty? (I can't understand why this site would get a penalty it is perfectly fine)

Probably the first time you did Domain.com and the second time was www.domain.com. This is not at an unusual occurence.

Thanks... I'm a little jumpy. Getting nervous too much time on the computer. :)
When is Google going to update, anyways?

p.s. I just noticed that without the www's pages which are normally pr4 show up as pr2. Is this normal? What does it mean the actual pr would be?
