I have two websites - not the same - that were indexed by freshbot. However, one had several pages indexed while the other only had the home page - any ideas as to why?
Keep in mind that these websites are set up similarly - ther should be no difference as far as I see for the descrepency.

Are the two sites the same? If this is the case Google will only index one of them.

no, they are not the same - they are just set up the same, ie. site layout - everything else is different.

Could it be that one has more PageRank, or is linked from a higher PageRank page?
