Yahoo and Maq Quest links at top of results

Is this a new feature or did I miss something?

Just did a search for a UK phone area code (01932) and noticed links to map quest and Yahoo maps at the top of the page:

[google.co.uk...]

(if they're still there and not a test)

Is this new? Or old and I've missed it so far?

If they are old, when will Google introduce IP filtering on this? UK phone codes are the same as some US map references it seems. Not useful if you are outside the UK - I was searching via the .co.uk, too.

What other features are there that Google needs to internationalise?

So far I've got:

News searches (i.e. search by country news, maybe based on the IP of the news site?)
Froogle (when out of beta)
