Doing a **** backlink count, shows 300 (any number) for Google, 0 for AOL, these figures has uptil now been the same.

The sites are found i searches on AOL.

Has AOL blocked access for **** or is there something new comming up?

**** = companyname, which is *ized by WebmasterWorld.

Sorry, I've read through your post 4 times today, and I still don't exactly get what you're asking...?

I was wondering why the backlinks from AOL shows 0 while the backlinks form Google shows 300.

Up untill now the number of backlinks for AOL and Google have been identical.

So I'm asking if anybody knows if something is going on at AOL, i.e. change of resultspartner? (pt. Google).

I just tried:
link:www.webmasterworld.com

in both AOL and Google.

Both agree 9110 back links (Though Google says "about" 9110).

Ditto with a couple of other sites I tried.

I assume (though I don't know) that Google partners like AOL must go through an everflux of their own each month. May be that's part of what you are seeing?

Guess you're right, back to normal again.
