Does MSN (Ink) add to PR?

I've read something about msn cloaking Google.

The [msn.com...] can't be found.

Does googlebot crawl msn listings?

I believe the answer to this is NO.

I know that Looksmart listings do not add to PR. I am pretty sure the same goes for all spidered listings like INK, FAST, AV, etc.
