Link Text Question

Let's say I have a site I call 'MyDomain' located at www.mydomain.com. Most of my inbound links refer to it as MyDomain, but I noticed a couple of them are being referred to as 'My Domain', even though it points to the same domain.

My question is whether this will count towards my PR, or if there is anything negative about such an incoming link?

PR is based on the incoming link rather than the actual "anchor text"

I would not worry too much as it gives you potential for more traffic if surfers are searching for "my domain" as well as "mydomain"
