Another link directory get penalised with PR 0

Will site link to it get penalised too?

The site was PR7. It links to all its own sites.. 600 sites, if I can remember.

It claims never link to commercial site but they actually link to its own site only.

I believe there are a number of travel sites exchange link with it.

Will site link to it get PR 0 too? Anyone used to link to a penalised site and get penalised too?

You can get a penalty for linking to 'bad neighbourhoods', but if you have a number of links and just one is to a penalised site then it doesn't seem likely that you'll have a problem.
