How quick of a response from Google?

I email them any idea on how long to get back

I emailed Google yesterday to see if my site had been banned. How long does it take or how long should I wait before I send another email?

I wouldn't hold your breath for a response. Especially for an email asking if you've been banned.

i emailed them concerning a pagerank 0 punishment on parts of my site. I got a human (ie. non automated) response within 24 hours.
it didnt make any difference though, they basically said wait for the next crawl :(

always word your emails simply so they can easily read it and respond without much effort. :D i learned that and now they love replying. long emails saying WHY WHY WHY get the /dev/null

As WebGuerrilla said Don't hold your breath, I had a situation last year sent quite a few emails over a 4 mths period, never got one response other than the automated one.

So, dumped the URL started with a new one and that’s back to where my old site was 6 mths ago.

I know G must get 1,000's of email requests but if they are going to offer help@ then they should at least try to respond or remove it.

My impression is that they are getting better when it comes to response time. My last e-mail was answered in 2 days and that`s acceptable I think.
