Is There A Climbing Google Rank Pattern?

After submitting and working hard to gain strong inbound links we starting soaring.

In September we were 178 for the term we most want which has 400k pages in the search results. We climbed to 70th in October, up to 36th in December, up to 24th last month and now we are at 18th to the 21th spot varying slightly from day to day within Google.

We are still all along the way adding links to use that are credible and related. We are also adding more and more pages to the site as well.

My questions are these: 1) Even if a page is quote unquote 'google perfected' how long before google recognizes that and rewards it? and 2) Based on the things I stated about our timetable of climbing would you think the next results will show us as top 10.

The reason I ask is obviouly I want to break top 10 results but also there is a top 5 site that has a google page rank of 4 and my rank is 5. It doesn't seem right.

Hi,
Please look at the top of the page. "You have mail".
Links, PR and anchor text is very important to Google. You are on the right track.

Apart from hiring an seo, my recommendation is to look around and discover all the tools and advice this web site has to offer.

If the site is "google friendly", it will take a month from spidering to update for it to show in the top ten.
