Hi guys hope someone can help, on my 2 new latest sites I have been given a PR0 from the the start. They are doing nothing wrong have unique content they are just stand alone static sites.

Saying this on any page even within the site if you click the backwards link button in the toolbar it shows no links at all not even within the site even though all the pages have been indexed.

I have no idea as to why I have been given a pr0 and no idea as to why it is showing no backwards links even within the site, i have developed over 15 sites this way, all similar design, and have never had this happen, they are both relatively new, about 2 months now in the index. One has an ssi menu which is new which i thought was the problem but the other site doesnt have that so it cant be that, also it seems to be indexed correctly and I cant see ssi causing any type of problem with seo.

IF anyone has any ideas please let me know

thanks in advance

Dont panic. It often takes 2 updates to allocate PR and count links. This is not uncommon and is nothing to worry about.

just checking the cached pages in the index, no they have not yet been indexed so i have made sure next time those links will be found to both those sites by googlebot just to eliminate that, that explains that part, but how about the internal linking?

thanks

backlinks don't show unless you have PR4 or greater I believe. Nothing to worry about.
