Do websites without domains get indexed?

I do not remember coming across a website without a domain name (i.e. referenced by IP address only) listed in Google. Would such a website get indexed? If yes, then would it rank lower than an if it had a domain name?

Yes they do.

To find them use a search like this for example... site:123 -xyz [google.com]
