Hi!
I've red a lot about getting indexed in Google and I've worked with my pages to be really Search-Engine Friendly.
At Alta-Vista the placement is at their's first page with the specific kee-word phrases I've worked with. So, that's good. My page was also indexed in Google and Yahoo almost at the same time. That's also good. But, and I've got a question here: Why did Google take it away after only a week or maybe 10 days? And in the same time, of course from Yahoo? I can tell: Its working with tips from this site. I would be glad for an answer. Johnnyd

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, johnnyd.

Sounds like your site has been found by freshbot. Do a site search for that term. Listings made by freshbot will often be dropped again after a few days. At one of the two next updates around 1st march and 1st april you ought to gain a stable place in Google's index.

Yes, the MAIN database is only updated once a month, around the end of the month. If Google has already found you then I'd guess you will be in for good at the end of this month.

You may also find that the ranking is not as good as when you get picked up by the Freshbot. Just keep updating that site and work on getting lots of people linking to you.
