Can TRUSTe's privacy seal help PR?

Would adding a PR10 link to my site boost its popularity?

My site ranks #6 in my main category keyword and I now regularly get 1,500 visitors a day. However, my conversion rate of visitors to customers is poor. I have heeded advice given here and re-designed my site, which will be up soon. I have also applied for and received approval for TRUSTe's Privacy Seal to give my visitors greater confidence. Since this site has a PR10 rank will this also boost my PR and help me move up in the rankings?

If, as I assume, you link to them that will give you no PR boost. PR is based on the links to you, not from you.

I would imagine that your site will be listed and linked to from their list of participating sites. The list of participants is very large, so I would guess that any PR passed (from this page) may be minimal. Remember, PR is passed from the page where you're link is posted.

Check the backlinks for some of the other participants and you'll get an idea. I can recall seeing a few PR4's on this list the last time I checked. :)
