How Many Links with PR4 Or More and what Ranking?

Hi Friends!
Let's discuss How many links with pr4 or more is enough for some PR!
As for me :
2 sites with 4 Links(shown in Google) pr4 each /my site ranking pr4.
other 2 sites 24 links pr4 each and some of them pr5/my site ranking pr4 also.

as for
my links/other links
on the link pages on other sites are the same.

You may not learn anything really useful from this, but here's a bit of anecdotal analysis done recently for this thread: www.webmasterworld.com/forum3/8272.htm

In one particular webmasters network of sites, his sites with PR4 had a median of 7.5 links, sites with PR3 had a median of 5 links, and sites with PR2 had a median of 2 links. (links reported reported by altavista)
