When I carried out a link:www.mydomain.com I found all inwards links have gone. How can this happen?
I know the designer went in to the index page and changed it a little How would this affect it though?

Pages under PR4 could be it. What's the PR of the index page and the interior pages? And is it regular navigation or JavaScript navigation? Do they show up with allinurl:yourdomain.com?

I should be clear. I meant links coming in from other domains. Yes these are pr4 and above. Using the allinurl: all theses links have disappeared. How can this happen?
