I was not aware until Saturday morning (UK) that there had been big problems on Friday. When I checked our logs I noticed the gap in page visits, some 2 hours without a visitor. I then did a search for our main keyword and found a couple of sites with "Fresh Dates" but not on all the usual sites that Google regularly visits, (I get used to seeing what the results around my site show and find the date very helpful). Our site was one of the sites without a date on Saturday morning. I am starting to fear the worst. If we were down when Googlebot came around then have we be missed for the next update? I uploaded changes on Saturday afternoon but this is not showing in the cache of our page.
