pr relevancy keywords

If i use website #1 pr4 website #2 PR5 and they both link to
myotherdomain.com will myotherdomain.com get they pr points because myotherdomain.com targets different keywords, does website only get affected with a higher PR when they have are after they same keywords related?

You are actually talking about a number of different issues. Page rank is a page concept. If you link from one page on a site to another on a different site, page rank is passed regardless of content or keywords. Next, the anchor text that is included in the links is important in and of itself. Next the textual content of the linking site is important in and of itself. Linking from a widget site to a porn site ain't helping the porn site in the serps with respect to this variable.

So linking to your other site should get the PR passed but it probably won't help too much in the serps.
