www2&3 vs www

do they migrate exactly?

Hi,
I've noticed during the latest update that many of the changes I have made are now showing up in higher listings on www2 and www3.
www has not changed yet.
Does the content from www2 and www3 exactly migrate to www?. What are the time parameters for doing so?
