Page Rank Dropped after keeping it in a directory

Did google change the algo - After the 26 Jan 2003 upadate

I have 5 points for the home page. All the pages that were on my root got the 5 points and all the pages in any of the directories got 3 points.
There is no problem with the internal linking also.
Did any one had the same problem?

My site just lost one Toolbar PR point, in spite of having numerous new (some high PR) sites linking to me. Also, when searching google with "link:www.mysite.com", there only appear to be 2 sites that link to me.

I have a feeling this is temporary. It doesn't seem to affect my rankings or traffic, so I'm going to continue checking daily to see if it gets resolved.

I've also noticed that since they update, Google's index has reverted back to an earlier (about a month ago) cache of my home page. I've seen odd things like this often around the updates, so I'm not too worried.
