Here is a bit of a headscratcher..

OK, so google likes links. That is a good thing, if a website has lots of links going out, and lots of links pointing to it, then it is considered a to be more of an internet 'hub' and receives higher rankings.

Last night i was looking at a competetors page. He has lots of links going out, but not a very high page rank. Then i realized that most of his links were buried in javascript. (javascript for open new windows to a link and whatnot)

Does google find these links buried in javascript, or does it ignore them alltogether?

The external inbound links to his site need to be plain links for him to accumulate Pagerank.

The links on his site going elsewhere spread out the Pagerank to other pages (internal and external).

Ok, another question along these lines..

What if the link is in a frames page? You know, where you have your little frame on the top and the bottom us the other page you want to show..

Will google see this as an outbound link?
