which I came across when searching on the keywords "full moon calendar". On my search, the above page ranks #1 (and also has a PR7).
I am definitely NOT wanting to get anyone at Google in trouble. For what it's worth, this isn't a bad page. It was useful to me.
I have 2 guesses:
1. This is currently just a temporary resting spot for the domain until its person gets a proper one.
2. This is part of an internal testing process by Google (but it seems unlike them to conduct it in this manner which appears a little sloppy).
The good thing is this site is NOT a commercial one. The bad thing is this appears a weird conflict of interest for Google (regardless of the fact that it's a non-commercial site). And it appears to have been up for a while (well, it has at least 1,769 incoming links).
Thoughts?

The page in question is simply a page showing moon phases for the current month. Nothing to do with Google updates at all so no competition to Brett's Google Update vs Moon Phase page.
The Googol.com domain has been registered to an individual since 1995, whereas the Google.com domain was not created until 1997 so I doubt there would be any connection with Google.com at all.
