How do Google create their non-English pages?

In general Google's Danish pages are fine. Very much better than the disastrous level that is typical for so very large a portion of danish IT people. But I just saw some pages with serious errors and I wanted to know how the translations actually are created.

Thanks. Apparently some of their volunteers are more competent than others. Perhaps I should suggest some changes to some texts. It's better to light a candle than to damn the darkness, as I have heard that the Chinese are saying.
