Except for the homepage, all other pages on the site are jsp in this format:
http://MYSITEADDRESS/servletRedir?pag=eco.jsp&grp=2
or
https://MYSITEADDRESS/servletRedir?pag=eco.jsp&grp=2
The interesting thing is that these pages have greybar on google bar. However they are listed and some are even well ranked.
Is this a toolbar problem, or they really have no PR?
More seriously, you could measure the PageRank by analysing a well known structure linked from it. For example, if you link to a "static" looking URL that's linked from nowhere else, then you could calculate the approximate Toolbar PR of the page that links to it. With more advanced link structure, you can find the PageRank to a much higher resulution than the Toolbar can.
