Different results on .com and .de?

Different results for the same keyword on .com and .de

Hi all,

I have a website which's most important keyword is "widget". Yesterday I checked www2 for my site and noticed, that it has position 1 for widget. On .de which it had position 2 and so I thought that the update is not over yet. But as you all said the update is over, I checked things again and I cheked also .com . I was very suprised , that there were absolutely different results for that keyword on .com and on .de
Does anybody know why there are different results on .de and .com? I have never seen anything like this before.

I've seen many different results on com and google.com.ru since November. And the results on com.ru changes time after time. I think that this is due to clusters, GG uses different servers with different data dumps in different times and countries.. something like this
