Froogle update?

I'm seeing some changes (new additions) to Froogle when I search for product. On products where I ranked on Page 1 #1 on Froogle I have dropped several positions. I typically ranked well under 'featured products' that were listed on my home page but I was beat out by competitors with strong internal pages with the product name in the title tags as well (non-dynamic pages). These two competitors ALSO at the same time jumped ahead of me in the Google SERPs as well. Seems like the timing is coincidal with the Google update.

EquityMind question for you..

How long is it taking you with Froogle customer support?

I sent froogle "sample" product feed to review ..just want them to verify I am doing the tab-delimeted file correctly before I add more the list.

Anyways ..been 10 days and havent heard back, is that about normal?

I haven't had a reply back either but then I didn't send in my form request right away either. From what I've gathered here at the forum, those who sent their forms in immediately took over a week to get any sort of a response other that a form letter saying it was coming.

I imagine we'll get information sooner once the update finishes and the Holidays are over...corporate America has pretty much grinded to a halt for the past week or so ...vacations etc.

I applied on the 14th Dec, Froogle Okayed my site and sent me the Merchant agreement on the 19th..so it was going very fast and smooth..

But then I sent the "sample" feed for review and havent heard back..the email claims it can take 5-10 days.. so I suspect they just havent got to it yet..

I supose know that everyone knows about froogle ..they are swamped..
