i have figured that using google in Canada gives diffent results than using google in USA...why is this so....I am in Canada and i have tried using both google.ca and google.com ...they both give me the same results..but if someone in USA types in the same keyword as i did in canada, then he gets different results.....why is this so...is there a way that we could check the results in USA?

Normally, if you use the default setting "search the web" you should get exactly the same results in Canada as in the US. For a short period around update time it can be different. If you use the "search pages from Canadas" button, Google will filter out all pages not from Canada, but the sequence of the remaing (few ;-)) pages should be the same.

You can check from Canada what can be seen from Google.com in USA by using an anonymizer as a proxy. I found pureprivacy.com to be a usefull free tool. It is very helpfull, e.g. when a company wants to export to another country and wants to see their AdWords and the AdWords of their competitors over there! (I hope mentioning the URL is not considered to be promotional, otherwise I will sticky mail the url to you!)
