Is Googlebot read .woa (Apple web object) URL like [store.foo.com...]

And will it be stored in Google database as URL?

Yes, Google does index WebObject urls. You can find many examples by searching for:

allinurl:webobjects

That will return close to 500,000 documents. And many of them contain .woa
