Add URL Page in German language

First noticed this yesterday via U.S. AOL

This is fun, anybody else seeing it? On Wednesday, going to Google's addurl.html page via AOL in the United States yielded the submit page in German. And today, going to the addurl.html page directly, I am getting the same thing. Gee, does this mean Google is no longer accepting anything but German language web pages? ;)

Seriously, add to that the longlasting adwords technical problems and we might speculate on something going on behind the scenes... ;)
