Google Update using my old Info

How come on the last Google dance they picked up my old Title Tags. old Keywords and old Descriptions.Should I email them or do I just have to play the waiting game? Also how often should I submit my website without overdoing it?

The listings you see in the search engine results today were gathered at the beginning of November. That's how it works. If your site is visited by Google's "fresh-bot", then these listings will be temporarily updated (for about 3 days) with newer information. If you are visited often by the fresh-bot, then your listings will remain fairly up-to-date. The information gathered during the current deep-crawl cycle (going on now) will become the new default in late December or early January.

You might want to try a WebmasterWorld site search for "fresh bot" and "everflux".
