index gone, all other pages still in

My site was down during deep crawl last month. My site is still listed in Google but not the index page. The index page is listed, riding FRESH, but shows no links, no pagerank and shows no similar pages and when I search for myurl.com/index.htm I get nothing.

But, all of my other pages show links, pagerank and existence in the database.

Why are my other pages listed in the database, but not my index?

I am surprised no one has commented.

Another note: This site is ranking only for three word searches in Yahoo! and AOL but ranks for two term searches with quotes in Yahoo! and AOL.

Any input is greatly appreciated.
