how many pr? does it take to get to pr6-8

I wold like to know, about how many pr5 links it takes to get to pr6 and how many pr6 links to get to pr7 and so on.........

It's not quantity, it is quality. 1 pr9 link would take a site to pr7, while a thousand pr3 links, would barely get it to pr5.
