google visits number

hello, sorry for posting another question
The search term displays that it was search 5500
in a month on overture which isin't much.

5500 divided by 30 days = 183 visits per day
if you're listing with a #1 position and good description

I've been on google for 4 days, but i only got
12 hits.

i tought that i would of got a couple hundreds in 4 days
i'm very confused, can anyone out there.

If a search term on overture has been searched 5500 in a month how much traffic can i except, if i were the #1 position. and the overture doesn't count google visit
and google is huge.

Please don't hesitate to ask questions. It's what we are here for.

If you are geting 5500 a month from Overture and you only get about 3 a day from Google something is wrong asuming that you are ranking #1 on Google.

You will probably find the problem in your tracking. How do you track traffic form Google?

With regard to your questions, I believe that the Overture search term suggestion tool gives an estimate on all of the searches on the web in that month, and the result that you are seeing is for the entire web.

it's that i'm not on overture i just use the search tool
to get an idea of how much traffic i can expect to get.

If it says it was searched 5500 in a month on the overture
network, so can i expect google to bring at least 1500 visitors per month.

I totally misunderstod your question.

There was a good thread not so long ago about estimating competition and traffic but I can't find it. I'll let you now if I find it.

wordtracker indicates the term was search 440
440 times, on all search engines. is that per day
or for 60days.
