What is a good start with google

I've been following this forum for a couple of months and have optimised it as best as I could interpret from the advice here.

Today for the first time I have noticed that I have a PR3, where as before I was grey.

Looking through the first 20 or so pages I can't find me in the results, even though my domain name is a .co.uk 100% match to my main keyword.

When I searched for my domain in google I see results like:

www.blah.co.uk
www.blah.co.uk/ - 1k - Cached - Similar pages

Is this a good, bad or indifferent start, should I be happy or blah......

Really any pointers from you guys that have been here and triumphed though it would be great

It takes me 2 updates before my sites start performing with Google. PR3 right off the bat isn't bad. Remember to get those inbound links and build content like crazy. Also use this as your guidebook:
