I'm sorry if I'm intruding. This is not my field, as you will soon be able to tell. About nine days ago I ran a google search which resulted in one hit to a weekly online newspaper. When I clicked it, I got the most recent edition. I tried google cache and did pull up the page I wanted to see. Since then, I can’t access it. It no longer comes up as a search result and if I put the url from the google search cache, I get "your search . . . does not match any documents. I have been able to find older and most recent editions, but for some reason not the week of 11/15 - 11/22. Is there anything I can do? Thanks.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, julie.

My best guess is that you saw a 'fresh' listing. These listings are supplemental to the normal (monthly updated) database. Sometimes, they appear for a day or two and then vanish. If the site continues to link to the article then it may reappear at the next Google Update [webmasterworld.com].

Changes in Google due to fresh listings are explained well in Marcia's Everflux thread [webmasterworld.com].
