I am linking to a page at a website with free services. In this case a page, where my visitors may put ads. This page is filled with stuff that is relevant to my website, and it links back to one of my own pages. For the time being the PR bar is grey. Should I expect it to keep on being so?

The URL is something like this:

[pub1.freewidgets.com...]

Is that too tough on Googlebot?

Not at all.

I have 150+ character URL nicely indexed. Although the shorter the better, but long has no real negative affect.

In addition, Google normally snippets the displayed URL.

The length might not be a problem, but perhaps the number of parameters in the query string or the length of query string itself.

Iīm not sure since I donīt use URIs with query strings myself.

Thanks for your input. I was worried about those many parameters too and the simple fact, that it is to some extent a dynamic page. But now I have taken a look at the source code and it isn't that dynamic after all. Every single word in those ads actually is in the HTML code. And the code does not seem so very complicated. Some java scripts and a lot of small gifs.
