Will a static HTML page be spidered from a dynamic ASP page?

I know that dynamic pages will be spidered from a static HTML page. But, say a client has a dynamic homepage with a link to a static HTML page. Will the spider go to this static page?

Yes or No that is all I need.

Thanks,
Justin

Yes, it's a link just like anything else and so as long as Google thinks its something it can spider, it *will* attempt to spider it!

As long as the dynamic page is spidered by google and the page has enough PR it will follow the link.
