I just noticed that google.com.au now redirects to google.com, so I suspect we will see a "Google Australia" soon.

Ah they are expanding quick. Google unveiled 2 new country-specific domains in Poland and Thailand not long ago. I would guess with the new .com.au domain they are up to 37 country specific domains.

Yeah, Google have an office in Sydney that's opening for business in a week or so.
