Five domains, simular but not the same - link farm?

I have five domains of simular content but not the same. For sake of argument, lets say blue widgets, yellow widgets, pink widgets, red widgets, orange widgets.

Each of those domains have inbound links that are individual to each domain.

I had an idea, link all those domains together as they are all on theme with eachother?

Is it safe? Only five domains... All already have page rank and inbound links specific to each.

Ye, hopefully it's safe, just don't "overlink" so you link to all sites on all pages.

Spread it out, use usefull Anchor Text, and everything should go fine.'
