I have a site, which is indexed in google. I wish to clone this site purely for PPCs, so that I can direct "free" sales/PPC sales to different accounts.

If I clone my site and list the clone in google adwords, espotting, overture and bidsmart, will the googlebot follow the PPC ads and index the site OR ignore it.

(I don't want google to find it as it may see it as spamming)

Place a robots.txt file on the root of the cloned site to disallow google from indexing the site

User-agent: googlebot
Disallow: /

Ye, i would probably set it to.
User-agent: *
Disallow: /

Then you disallow all spiders, so no search engine will spider it.
