Problem with subdomains - PR0

Hi I have a big problem with PR of my sites which are on subdomains hosted on different hostings. These pages are in google cache but all have PR0. It is very weird because there are many ingoing links to many of them. Can this strange be because of "CNAME" - subdomain setting of my DNS server, should I set it up like "A"?

The potential causes for a PR0 penalty are the same whether you are on a unique domain or a subdomain.

Your best bet would be to do a site search for PR0 and begin reading through all the past threads. There are plenty here that should be able to help you figure out what might have caused the problem.

Before scrapping your site altogether tigger, you can try removing your site from the index using robots.txt for a time. Many have reported good results using this approach.

Emkoo, I don't think that CNAMEs are a problem. META refresh has resulted in problems in the past, but from your description it's the refresh destination that is PR0 so it seems unlikely to be the problem.

Are the PR0 subdomains quite new? (less than two months since they got their links) If so, then Google may not have picked up the incoming links yet. If the domains have had PageRank in the past, then a more serious problem looks likely.

Maybe I´m not sure, but they haven´t had PR above 0 before. But it is after 2 google updates and I´m little bit nervous about this. Gooooogle is tooooo slooooow:-)
